The first couple ever on earth heard the voice of God that intimidated them (Genesis 3:8).
God used to take a daily walk with the first couple in the cool of the day. They used to enjoy His company. They were very sensitive to the voice of God. However, one day the familiar voice of the Lord brought fear into their hearts.
They wanted to hide themselves from the presence of the loving God. But why? It was their disobedience that brought them to this state of being.
Do we really feel His presence every hour of the day? Do we really enjoy or feel intimidated by His presence especially during the prayer time? If there is any kind of sin, let's confess and overcome it with the help of the Holy Spirit. Let us get in line with Him and enjoy His presence in the prayer today.
Pray for more of God's presence that will draw people in.
